Honest and upfront. Here's everything you need to know before you book.
If you need to change your appointment, please reschedule rather than cancel, so your deposit transfers automatically. We’re happy to accommodate up to two reschedules per deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or more than two reschedules will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-shows are charged a $100 fee. If you have any questions or need to move your appointment, please reach out directly. We’re always happy to work with you.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. New clients also complete a one-time telehealth assessment ($50) with a licensed medical provider, which clears you for treatment and is good for a full year.
All aesthetic services are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatments are highly individualized and results vary from person to person. If you ever have questions or concerns after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction matters, and we will always do our best to take care of you.
